Administrators

Part-time Administrator
Based at Kasper Fostering, Whitstable

Hours: 16 hours per week; to be worked between Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm
Salary: £17,500 – 18,500 pro rata
Benefits: 25 days annual leave pro rata, Pension Scheme

Kasper Fostering is a small independent fostering agency, operating across the South East. We are committed to ensuring the highest levels of support to our foster carers and promoting positive outcomes for the children and young people in our care. Kasper are rated Outstanding by Ofsted across all areas of our service.

We are currently looking to recruit a part-time administrator to complement our existing administration team. The role will involve general administrative duties, including maintaining the agency database, electronic filing systems and in particular the organisation of foster carer reviews. The role will also involve meeting and greeting, so good front of house skills are essential.

The successful candidate must have GCSE English (or equivalent) and good IT knowledge and typing skills (which will be tested at interview).

Sessional Workers

We are always keen to hear from people who have experience in working with young people across Essex,  Sussex, London and Kent. Sessional workers help social work staff and foster carers by providing one to one support for children in care, enabling care plans to be implemented in accordance with the policies and protocols of the Agency.

Form F Assessors

We are always keen to hear from people who are experienced Form F assessors.

Therapists

We are always keen to hear from people who have experience in working with young people.
